These Terms of Service govern your use of API Key Hub services.

1. ACCEPTANCE

By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. SERVICES

API Key Hub provides a unified API gateway to access various AI language models. We act as an intermediary between you and the model providers.

3. ACCOUNTS

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys.

4. BILLING

Services are provided on a prepaid credit basis. Credits are non-refundable except as required by law. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use our services for illegal purposes, to generate harmful content, or to circumvent rate limits or security measures.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our services are provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

7. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms.
